There are definitely a lot of ways to improve yourself without breaking the bank! I feel like mental heath is something you need to focus on. It can be as simple as spending time outside in nature. I have also recently been looking at liven app reviews because they focus on bite-sized courses. It also seems like it can increase emotional awareness! A lot of the content is manageable for a busy person.
