Wellness experience through reiki soundbath and a guided visualization of self compassion led by Cynthia Alonzo. This 50 minute group wellness workshop that includes a reiki sound bath and guided visualization by a licensed therapist who will help you delve into learning to explore our ultimate legacy.

A 50-minute hands-on workshop led by Viridiana Osio. Attendees will design their own Lotería cards to celebrate their identities and accomplishments. Guided by empowering designs, participants will choose from templates featuring iconic imagery like La Chingona, La Maestra, or La Jefa and make them their own.

From Earth to Flame: The Art of Mexican Pottery and Candlemaking led by Beatriz Valenzuela. In this 50-minute hands-on workshop, you will create nostalgic hand-poured candles in traditional Latino scents including pan dulce, horchata, churro, agua de jamaica and more, meant as a celebration of Mexican culture and tradition. Plus you walk away with your very own candle! All materials included!

This 50-minute workshop begins with an invocation and smudging, setting the space for deep transformation. Participants are guided in releasing energetic cords—symbolic ties to past experiences—through a powerful ritual involving ceremonial obsidian knives and the four elements.
