LOS ANGELES – March 12, 2024 – LATINAFest® is proud to announce Chase Bank will return as the title sponsor of the 6th annual LATINAFest: Mind, Body & Soul outdoor festival. The 2024 event will take place at the iconic LA Plaza de Cultura y Artes in downtown Los Angeles on Sunday, March 24th.
“We’re excited to partner with Chase for another year as we support the Latina business community,” said LATINAFest co-founder Bel Hernandez. “LATINAFest is the largest outdoor festival on the West Coast serving Latinas. As Latinas, we are one of the most important consumer groups in the U.S., and it’s vital that organizations recognize the importance of growing this dynamic community.”
The partnership with Chase reinforces a shared commitment of supporting minority entrepreneurs, including Latinas, who are essential for creating jobs, influencing diverse communities and building generational wealth. Chase is helping to drive inclusive growth by growing small businesses, improving financial health, expanding affordable housing, increasing homeownership and accelerating workforce diversity.
“The success of Latina entrepreneurs is essential to the growth of our economy,” said Maria Garcia, JPMorgan Chase Consumer & Community Divisional Director for California. “As the fastest-growing segment, empowering Latina business owners with the resources they need to succeed translates into stronger communities. That’s why we are proud to support LATINAFest again and their commitment to helping Latina business owners across the nation.”
Since its inception, LATINAFest has been at the forefront of creating an inclusive space for Latinas to connect, share, and celebrate their cultural heritage and power. It has evolved into a dynamic movement of expression and social change, driven by a community of bilingual, bi-cultural, and multi-generational women. Last year the festival welcomed over 3,000 attendees, with over 100 Latina-owned small businesses showcasing their unique and innovative products and services.
