From the resilience of Boomers to the digital fluency of Gen Z, we’ll uncover how marketing, media, and movements like the Latina Equal Pay initiative resonate differently across age groups—while also revealing the deep, undeniable threads of pride, power, and shared purpose that unite us all.

AnaKaren Lopez ​
Ana Karen López is a dynamic host and creative producer at LatiNation Media, a bilingual, multiplatform media company committed to transforming Latino representation in the modern media landscape. In December 2024, she played a pivotal role in launching LatiNation's 2025 programming season by moderating an intimate interview and Q&A session with three-time Latin GRAMMY Award winning artist during the premiere of her limited docu-series Foodie on the Go.
At LatiNation Media, López contributes to the creation of content that authentically represents the Latino experience across various platforms, including linear TV, streaming, web, mobile, and social media. Her work emphasizes Latino culture, Latina empowerment, and LGBTQ+ and Afro-Latino pride.
Mike Alfaro
Mike Alfaro is a creative director, entrepreneur, and cultural innovator known for his work in reshaping Latino representation in media. He is the founder of LatiNation Media, a multi-platform media company dedicated to transforming Latino representation in media. Under his leadership, LatiNation Media has produced content that emphasizes young Latino culture, Latina empowerment, and LGBTQ+ and Afro-Latino pride. The company's flagship linear channel, LATV, is seen in 81% of U.S. Hispanic households and the top 47 U.S. DMAs, while its digital ad network reaches over 68% of the U.S. population with over 189 million monthly uniques .

Gigi Zumbado is a Miami, Florida native who has been captivating audiences since childhood.. Her acting career took off when she landed her first supporting role in Universal's smash hit Pitch Perfect. After moving to Los Angeles, Gigi continued to build her career in both film and television, with appearances in Starz's High Tow, FOX's Fantasy Island, and Ryan Murphy's ABC series Doctor Odyssey. Gigi's star continues to rise this fall on CBS’s new workplace comedy DMV opposite and she co-stars as Zoe in the action-comedy Bride Hard opposite Rebel Wilson, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Anna Camp, and Anna Chlumsky which opens in June.

Julissa Calderon is an actress, writer, producer, and director from Miami. She is best known for playing the dynamic role of Yessika Castillo, a strong-willed activist, in the MACRO/Netflix series, Gentefied. Prior to that, she was a digital content creator where her videos garnered roughly 100 million views across digital platforms.
Julissa is passionate about illuminating and celebrating Afro-Latinx women and culture – whether it's by speaking at colleges across the country, or through collaborations with brands like McDonald's HACER Scholarship Program - to which she's been an ambassador for the past three years. She is also the founder of Manifest That Sh*t, a journal for passion, gratitude and manifesting one's dreams.
